Booking Term and Condition

  1. Once bookings are made and/or guest(s) are checked in, bookings are non-refundable.
  2. Modification to the bookings (i.e. change of dates, bed/room category, and reduction in duration of stay) are allowed up to three (3) days prior to the check in date. All modifications shall be subjected to a fee of RM 10.00/ modification and/or cancellation.
  3. No modifications or cancellation allowed less than three (3) days of check-in date. For any cancellations of bookings made less than three (3) days of the scheduled check-in time, the total payment made is deemed forfeited.
  4. A credit voucher equivalent to the payment (less cancellation fee) shall be issued to guests for cancellations made least three (3) days before the check-in date. This credit voucher is allow for transferable and not exchangeable for cash. This credit voucher is valid for only six (6) months, and can only be redeemed at Sim cityStay @ Georgetown for accommodation payment.

Upon Check-in

  • A deposit of RM 30.00 (per Dorm Bed) and RM 50.00 (Per Private Room) in cash or Credit Card Authorization will be collected for key deposit
  • Penang State Government Council Fee is RM 1.00 per bed per night (Dorm Bed) while RM 2.00 per room per night (Private Room). This fee will only collect upon your arrival.
  • All of our rooms are non-smoking, kindly refer our staff for more detail of smoking area.
  • Check-in Time : 1400 hrs – 2300 hrs
  • Check-out Time : Before 1200hrs
